I probably have a poor internet connection and the file upload is stuck at zero progress

If your file upload is stuck at zero progress due to a slow internet connection, try the following:

1. Set the File Chunk Size setting to 5 MB.
2. Cancel the current file being uploaded.
3. Re-run the upload with the new setting by right-clicking on the file in the grid and choosing Re-run "your file".
