Hadrware list below for sample competition with 3 tatamis. Big screens / LCDs are not included in list

JudoManager​

Server and Scoreboards​

Recommended laptops

  • Computer with Intel 11th gen i5 (i7 for server) or newer OR AMD Ryzen 5 Zen 3 or newer (Ryzen 9 for server)
  • Dedicated network RJ45 port
  • 8GB of memory

List of computers:

  • 1x server
  • 1x backup server (optional)
  • 3x scoreboard with HDMI output + mouses
  • 1x scoreboard backup with HDMI output
  • 1x for judogi control (optional, number of judogi control computer depends of your needs)
  • 1x warmup
  • 1x PacketSender (optional in case of graphics or 3rd integration data needs)

Network​

Internet connection is needed only on server due to competition syncronization. We suggest to put on network only Equipment which is connected with competition. To achinve that you can use multiple switches or VLAN's. For scoreboards is recommended to be wired nor on wifi.

Example of Network Equipment:

  • 1x HPE Aruba JL806-61001 24 port switch with optical and UTP cable connection (with active failover)
  • 1x HPE Aruba JL680A for connections to judogi control and warmup if needed
  • Cat6a cable for networking, especially for 10Gbit link (list of random lengths) - CAT5 for 1Gbit speed can also be used:
    • 1x 50m fiber optic (optional)
    • 1x 50m
    • 10x 10m
    • 10x 5m
    • 10x 3m
    • 10x 2m

If Ethernet cables will be finalized on site, plase use correct wiring (A or B) for RJ45 wiring.

Other Hardware​

  • USB soundcard with speaker (recommended due to low latency) or pc speaker
  • Scoreboard displays (eather LED or LCD)
  • Internet router if needed

Video / FairReplay​

Video​

6 cameras are needed, if you will have video production from other provider, then adjust to needed. At least front and rear camera must be available for high level competitions.

  • Cameras with dedicated SDI output such as Panasonic HC-X2000 or HDMI camera with HDMI to SDI converter
  • Quality 3G-SDI bnc cable such as Canare Flex L-4.5CHWS
    • 3x 50m
    • 3x 30m
  • Video matrix such as Blackmagic Smart Videohub 20x20 or SDI distribution in case of stream or backup recordings
  • 6x Tripods - Sirui SH-15

FairReplay​

  • 2x 8 input server with dedicated screen and keyboard/mouse
  • 1x VideoCutter

Stream​

  • powerfull computer with NVIDIA video card
  • SDI capture device like Blackmagic Duo 2 (maximum 4 streams)

Powerfull computer:

  • PC or notebook with i7 (up from 11gen) or newer or AMD equivalent
  • 16 GB RAM
  • Nvidia Quadro A2000 (for more than 3 streams) Check NVENC encoding matrix for more information about maximum concurrent encoding options of your GPU card
  • DeckLink Duo 2 for up to 4 streams

Graphis​

  • powerfull computer with NVIDIA video card (PC or notebook with i7 (up from 11gen) or newer or AMD equivalent )
  • in case of powerfull stream device can also be on it
